  1. I am a 20-year Washington area resident (Bethesda). I read the WP article, and was very intrigued. I am not in the food "biz," nor is my husband, but we both enjoy cooking and dining out. My most recent dining experience was lunch at the National Gallery of Art, West, on Saturday. Art lovers/patrons definitely deserve a tasteful lunch in that beautiful venue. Really bad service, but we still enjoyed ourselves! One of the most sublime things I have ever had was Jose Andres' cold garlic soup, there, when NG had the Spanish armor exhibition. Lunch for museum-goers is always a challenge, especially with most downtown lunch spots closed on the weekends. Suggestions welcome! I look forward to "lurking" and learning.
