Hello Everyone, I work for the fed government and run the Eat Lionfish campaign, which is designed to promote the harvest and consumption of lionfish, which has become an invasive species threatening reefs from North Carolina to Florida and throughout the Caribbean. I'm also a long-time foodie and devoted amateur chef with primary life experience in Italian cooking. I'm always glad to connect with like-minded people! Renata
