Joe Riley
Does anyone know if Blanche de Bruges beer is available around here? Vicki, I would swear that Jocelyn Cambier has a Blanche de Bruges, but I'm at a loss to remember the name. Darn that Denman, running off to San Francisco right when his expertise is needed. There are two options I can see: Brugs from Alken Maes (I've never seen it stateside) Blanche de Bruges (the brewery appears to have closed) Blanche de Bruxelles is a good sub, or St. Bernardus Wit for some more body/flavor. Both available in the area.
