Pat
I just started this yesterday and can't put it down. It was published very recently. She has a way of describing otherwise esoteric details that I find very easy to understand. Her descriptions of cheese tasting are also helping me think about wine, which I have a very hard tme classifying and describing.

Thanks for the book note.In other tasting news, of all things, I have found the Authoritea blog a useful resource for helping expand my wine vocabulary. Jessica writes about tea most vividly, bringing up sensations that I can often track more effectively than most wine reviews. YMMV, of course, but an option for you on your tasting journey.
