I stopped by Scossa Restaurant in Easton, MD for dinner on my way to the shore, and was pleasantly surprised by the meal I had. He had a seasonal prix fixe menu, so I ordered the vegetable minestrone soup appetizer with the Calf's Liver Alla Veneziana entree. While the soup was alright, the liver, sauteed in olive oil was delicious, and the portion was very generous.
