Ignacio http://www.thefreshmarket.com/ I go to the one on Hilton Head Island all the time when I'm visiting my folks; their meats, fresh produce, and prepared foods are always very good. Of course, local South Carolina produce is good for a longer part of the year than local produce here. It may be worth noting that there isn't a Whole Foods or an organic independent butcher (for that matter, there may not be an independent butcher or fishmonger at all) on the island. That location has been successful enough to spur a massive, year-long renovation of the south island Harris Teeter into a more gourmet/upscale version.
