They show up at your office with a bunch of fabric samples, measure you, and lots of money later, you get something that fits as well as some off the rack clothing. My experience with Sam Messeca is different only in the sense that the pants actually fit well. Pants (as of the last time I ordered) start at $275. When I asked for a discount, he said he'd give me 25% off on 6 pairs - which knocks them down to around $200. Lots of fabrics to choose from at $275.
