DonRocks Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 1 Chocolate Peanut Butter Balance Bar (200 calories) 2 packets Nature's Path Organic Maple Nut Oatmeal (210 calories each) Half and Half 1. Place bar in bowl. 2. Pour both packets of oatmeal over bar. 3. Add water. 4. Microwave for 90 seconds. 5. Stir melted bar into oatmeal. 6. Drizzle with Half and Half. You'll be full all day long and feel like you just ate an entire box of chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies dunked in milk; but you didn't.
