DonRocks
I don't want to turn this into an obituary section, but I know many people here enjoyed the work of Harold Ramis, who passed away today at age 69, and I want to encourage everyone to express themselves here, discussing his career, if you wish to do so. We should be celebrating these people while they are alive, not writing remembrances after their deaths - we need more participation in this forum. Among Harold Ramis's career achievements are: * Writer for SCTV * Writer-Director for Caddyshack, National Lampoon's Vacation, Analyze This, and Groundhog Day * Co-Screenwriter for National Lampoon's Animal House * Actor in Ghostbusters and Stripes If there are any highlights you feel should be tagged in this thread, please let me know. PappyVanWise
I think the best tweet I saw regarding Ramis's career was something along the lines of, If Stripes is the 6th funniest movie you wrote, it's safe to say you're a comic genius.
