Pazo's RW menu is paltry with one meat option, and only one dessert - lemon mousse. On the other hand, Petit Louis, another Cindy Wolf restaurant, regularly offers a three-course $20 prix fixe menu, including ice tea or coffee, which is one of the best lunches in the city.
