Away from home for the holiday? Or curious about this ages-old Jewish ritual? There can be no better way to celebrate and learn than from two of the greatest culinary influencers in Washington, D.C.: Chef Todd Gray and Ellen Kassoff Gray. Sit down with fellow food fans for this this participatory dinner, and dig into the symbolic Passover dishes that are beloved and time-honored "¦ but given a modern twist. Come with old friends, make new ones, and become part of a new expression of ancient tradition. The Grays are the powers behind Equinox and Muse, and Todd is the culinary director of Sheila Johnson's new Salamander Resort & Spa. The Grays will prepare three courses from their book The New Jewish Table: Modern Seasonal Recipes for Traditional Dishes.
