Need some help with a grassroots Beard Award campaign....

Now is a good time to get a campaign going for a worthy Beard Award recipient, a man who set out to blog about local restaurants, chefs and food, and instead created the best online community of its kind on this planet. The substantive quality of the site he founded towers over the pretenders like Yelp and Chowhound, and it doesn't even fit into a category in Saveur's Food Blog Awards.

Who's in? We need some marketing help, some communications savvy, some publicity, some Web work, and a few other odds and ends. Let's get this thing going, because the Beard Award would be for all of us.
