Vaccinations

With the outbreak of measles at Disney recently, I was wondering what people thought in regards to restaurant having any responsibility for their servers and food preparers to be vaccinated?

I don't think an employer should bear responsibility for vaccinations (look at me being all libertarian!). Wouldn't every employer have to start doing that to prevent it spreading around an office environment or what have you? Also, I'd think it's more likely to get measles from another customer since there's more of them presumably.
