This is kind of interesting. The biz speak and hubris therein is a bit of a turnoff. E.g., "incentivizing chefs to do a great job" and the like. It's kind of a variation on two themes that already exist. First, multi-business food-oriented properties like Union Market or the upcoming Maketto. And, of course, kickstarter and all the new crowd funding "platforms."

Yeah, I'm VA based: Not investing. Just paying a DC friend for the non-investing benefits of it (being the plus one, etc)
