All restaurants from Poll #12 will carry over (except the winner - I'm also making mental notes of both Hugo's in Houston and Maison in Lancaster, so don't worry if these drop off the polls - realistically, we're still so DC-centric that it will be very tough for a restaurant anywhere else to win, but I'm keeping all these places in a "mental bin," and they won't be forgotten).

Please add any other restaurant you want in Poll #13 by Tuesday at noon. I'll remind people tomorrow (Monday), as many people won't see this post on Sunday.

Note: It may look like I'm falling behind, but I'm not - Pineapple & Pearls is an exceptionally tough reservation for someone who doesn't plan ahead, and for all other winners, it's just a matter of writing a quality review (that's the hard part).
