Green Flash based in San Diego has announced that they are closing their Virginia Beach production facility and have also stopped distributing to MD, DC, and VA. I always liked their beers, especially, Rayon Vert (I still have bottles of this in my "cellar"). Anyone want to chip in the $20,000,0000 they want for the facility? TedE Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 This is kind of sad, but it sounds like they expanded too fast without the sales numbers to support it; they acted like Stone, but weren't. Following the VA Beach closure comes the news that they defaulted on their debt, the lender foreclosed and sold the brand off to private equity. We all know how this ends. I'll miss Le Freak.
