I had the best hardshells that I have had since I was a small child this weekend. We picked up four dozen, freshly steamed number 1's for 5 of us at Hunter's Seafood in Grasonville, MD, and they were so meaty that we had a newby picker having no problem at all within minutes, and yet they lost none of the sweetness. No seating, so you have to take them someplace for a picnic, but wow, are they worth it!
