qwertyy
There's an interesting article in San Francisco magazine about three new progressive labor laws threatening to sink some of San Francisco's best restaurants. The writer definitely seems biased toward the restaurants, but convincingly presents the chilling worst-case scenario: Delfina replaced by Olive Garden. Coi's approach of adding 18 percent to all menu items and sort of eliminating tips seems to be gaining some traction among proprietors in the city.
