Al Dente
I'm sure many of you are familiar with lileks.com, but for those who haven't seen the analysis of the works of Art Frahm: At least this is somewhat related to food. You know the Quaker guy on the oatmeal and the Coppertone girl? Art did that.
DonRocks
At least this is somewhat related to food. I took one look at this and thought to myself, 'Frahm painted like Norman Rockwell' - sure enough, in the second sentence of his Wikipedia entry. What does that website mean by "celery" - is it because she's carrying celery in a bag, or because she ate a lot of celery to get that figure (or both)? Regardless, Frahm is clearly an early inspiration for Tarver King. BTW, thanks for your two contributions to this forum: Art Frahm and Cassius Marcellus Coolidge (who, perversely, I've actually enjoyed learning about - I had no idea of their existence before you showed me the light). Al Dente
It's a well known fact that celery will degrade elastic if held closely to one's body. You're welcome! It's always a pleasure educating the DR community about such high brow topics.
DIShGo
I hate when I run to the store for celery and this happens.
