My wife and I recently had our first dining experience at Cafe Atlantico in DC. What a great evening. The specialty drinks were terrific, especially when poured over spun sugar which melted into the glass. We especially enjoyed the fish dishes, the snapper and the scallops were fresh and delicious. But I must say that the highlight of the meal were the dessert truffles provided by local chocolate artisan, Sandra Escobar of The Cacao Tree. A perfect ending to a perfect meal.
