My wife and I met some friends at Rays for dinner the other night. As always the dinner was great, however, the rack of lamb is why I’m writing…it was nothing short of spectacular. As a lover of the ovine, I’ve had some great lamb, but the rack I had at Rays ranks near if not at the top. I do hope that Michael makes it a permanent addition to the menu. We miss having liquor drinks at the bar, but beer selection and John's great conversation almost makes up for it!
