Yesterday, Rob Weland, chef at Poste, told me that Path Valley is one of his produce suppliers. I'd never heard of them before. Do they come to any DC area farmers' markets? Have a CSA with local pickup? How else would local home cooks have access to produce from a Pennsylvania co-op which is primarily a restaurant supplier?
