I want to buy reusable straws and was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Stainless or some other material? Bent or straight? thistle Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Not much help, but I have some silver straws that were my grandmothers, they've got to be 30+ years old, small bulb at the top of the straw, w/ a small heart shaped spoon at the bottom, I throw them in the dishwasher, just looked at one & it's stamped 'Italy' on the back, I use them almost daily...they're straight.
