(As always, I was approached with this request (i.e., I wasn't out poaching), and must keep it in confidence, so please don't write me and ask who it is - I can't say. Think: medium-high level restaurant, solid track record. I need to come up with some official "policy statement" so both potential employers and potential employees know that I can walk this tightrope with honesty. I know exactly what this statement needs to say; I just haven't written it yet. Basically, if *anyone* (employer or employee) approaches me, I cannot violate that trust - also, I will never poach or initiate this type of thing.)
