Bobby Flay's returning to the New York scene with Gato, his 2,640-square-foot restaurant on Lafayette Street. The Mediterranean menu, which draws influence from Spain, Italy, France, and Greece, includes dishes like scrambled eggs with almond romesco, lamb-sausage pizza, kale-and-mushroom paella, and charred beef with blue-cheese brown butter.
