'What's on the menu?" - A NYPL Labs (volunteer) project - So cool!

The NY Public Library is requesting online volunteers to transcribe, proofread the transcribed, and geo-tag sample menus from the last 160 years that they have in their collection. Or, if you just want to see what they have already done (all of it appears to be transcribed now), just peruse the many menus. It's amazing!
