Al Dente Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 I didn't know, until recently, that flapping your mouth-hole on your phone while driving (provided you're over 18) is perfectly legal in VA. This is insane. Study after study shows how dangerous it is, and I often wonder to what extent distracted driving fucks up traffic. See that dumbass going 45 when everyone else is going 60? Nine times out of ten, when I pull up next to them, they're talking on their phone. Does anyone know why it's legal? What can be done to change this law?
