Service is an app that goes through your email for the last several months, and finds delayed flights. Then, they contact the airlines, and try to get money for you. I guess there are certain rules for US airlines and delays (I had no idea). Anyway, I used it and got a few hundred bucks out of it. They take 30%, which is a big cut, but, it was free money for me. It's worth a try for people that travel a lot. I'm not trying to advertise (you don't have to use me as a referral) - I just thought it was pretty cool. I posted this b/c I had yet another delay yesterday - 3 stinking hours ... but it was Porter Airlines, and Canadian airlines have no such rules regarding delays.
