I am doing some leg work for a gentlemen who is aquiring a restaurant in DC, and has no experience in this business. He is looking for a GM that can come in and take an old restaurant space, freshen it up, and make a name for itself. The pay scale is decent, but the kicker is equity in the restaurant. So there is a cahnce for someone to be a part owner in equity without having to shell out money up front.
