Kibbee Nayee
If it really was a magazine, I would buy a lifetime subscription. Gout is, or appears to be, the most perfect satire of food magazines in today's world of foodies taking themselves seriously and the Food Network defining core of its silliness. I want one of those spoons David Chang looked at!

Gout is, or appears to be, the most perfect satire of food magazines in today's world of foodies taking themselves seriously and the Food Network defining core of its silliness. I want one of those spoons David Chang looked at! The funniest thing is both the most and least obvious: "Gout" is a double entendre, although the 'spoon personally looked at by David Chang' is funny, too. (If you want a *real* spoon that makes a great gift, go to Sycamore Hill at etsy.com - I got one of these as a gift last month, and it's beautiful.)

I'm actually in the market for good spoons, and I was zeroing in on the Gray Kunz spoon, but now you have me back in shopping mode....
