    Best is probably Le Diplomate. You're not likely to be able to get a reservation, but they hold a lot of tables for walk-ins. Still might have a long wait. An easier but still very good choice is Mintwood Place.

    Some good dishes, but no exception to the rule that if you want good pho, you have to leave the city. And they don't have a liquor license.

    Would be nice if their menu board made it clear that their hamburger is actually a cheeseburger.
