Lunch Downtown with Parking Nearby

My parents and grandmother are meeting me for lunch next week - they'll be driving and need parking, and my grandmother can't walk too far. I'll be coming from the Union Station area and can probably go as far as Gallery Place, Metro Center, Cap South, Eastern Market. Suggestions?

The huge lot with entrance on 9th between H&I is (depending on which corner of the lot you park in) quite close to Acadiana, PS7s, Againn, Beck, Bibiana. There's also a garage on 8th between G and H, which gets you close to Zaytinya and Proof (and PS7s). The garage on E between 6th and 7th is close to Jaleo and Oyamel (it has an entrance on to 7th St), and there's a garage next to Cafe Atlantico.
