Maryland on the other hand got an "A"

Waitman
Whatever happened to caveat emptor? Not a good strategy from a public health point of view.
pizza man
It's very difficult to make Salumi in house in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I am not, (not because I don't want to). According to my health inspector, in Fairfax county, it's never been done. (the fairfax county health code is much stricter than the DC, can't speak on Maryland)\
BayingHoundAleworks
Apparently in Montgomery County you can't make your own sausages in house, or haggis! Royal Mile has haggis on their menu, I was disappointed when it didn't come in a sheep's stomach. But that's the county for you.
