lion Posted April 18, 2011 Author Share Posted April 18, 2011 It has been a long time since graduate level Biochemistry in college, but the science behind the cellular interactions that are processed in the liver of the different kinds of sugar, glucose, fructose, and alcohol were very impressive. squidsdc Posted April 18, 2011 Share Posted April 18, 2011 Did anyone see Jamie Oliver's stunt with the busload of sugar? My memory is he was trying to illustrate the 57 tons of sugar added to the flavored milk in a week. His new show is based on reforming the school menus in LA. (not having a lot of luck there) On an aside, my sister was just diagnosed with an allergy to fructose.
