There's a little bakery on Lee Hwy near Dominion Hills of Arlington that might make tres leches. I actually Shoppers' version, iirc correctly, but this is at the Falls Church/Seven Corners location. Looks like, in the short term, we'll be trying xdcx's suggestion of La Mexicana Bakery 1st. Dominion Hills sounds like it is next. thanks!!
