If you want to try your hand at preparing it yourself, it's available at H-Mart in Wheaton, MD and I would assume at their other locations. I've sometimes seen it for as little as $3-4 per pound.

$1.49 per pound at Great Wall in Rockville. Amazing flavor. Ask them to remove the dark skin, quite hard to pull off. the white skin (other side) is fine to cook with.
