DonRocks
I was skeptical, but I just now tried Monk Fruit in the Raw for the very first time - my initial reaction: "I like this just as much as sugar." This is expensive, but an excellent sweetening option for a low-carb diet - it's cut with dextrose; otherwise it would be too sweet. Rhone1998
To my taste, most sugar substitutes hit you with sweetness followed by a terribly unpleasant aftertaste. How does this one do in that regard?

How does this one do in that regard? The unpleasant aftertaste wasn't there for me. Granted, it was merely a quick lick, but I thought the sweetness was toned down, and the bitterness wasn't really there. I need to emphasize that I did this once, and very quickly, before putting it in my coffee. Although I've never had Stevia, I rarely use any sugar substitute (Diet Cola being my one exception) because I don't like them.
