It's a stand alone building, formerly some kind of fast food joint (maybe KFC). I've been a couple of times - they offer ramen and sushi (lots of newfangled rolls). I think their ramen is okay. We have stuck to the ramen (good), chicken karaage (really good, although some have been overfried) and steam buns (meh). I think the ramen is getting better with time. When they first opened, the noodles were overcooked but on our last visit they were nice and springy. I also like the Hitachino Espresso Stout they are serving.
