agm
My cousin just finished up her first year at George Mason, and as of last night is living with us (home is Long Island). She needs a job, full-time for summer, maybe part-time once school is in session again. She has worked as a runner, would probably be happier as a server. She's 19, so bars are out. Metro/bus accessible. Anybody hiring? (She'll take non-restaurant work, too.)
dinwiddie
I also have a college child at home that is looking for work. Has experience as a cashier at a restaurant, willing to do almost anything. Looking for someplace METRO accessable.
Waitman
I have a kid at home, working. Looking to get him out of the house and off to college. Will consider swapping -- decent job and well-known restaurant for semester at U.S. News top 100 college.
manager3
Almost every restaurant in clarendon off of wilson blvd has help wanted signs in the window, granted some of them are bars late night, but that still leaves lunch and brunch shifts. All are with in walking distance to the clarendon metro on the orange line

ianinvirginia
Doubt the same people that posted would be interested, but I have a good, easy gig for a college kid - I'm throwing birthday dinners at my house in Alexandria (Hollin Hills area) on Nov 5-6, 2010. I'll be doing my own cooking, but I need a server so I won't have to set/warm/serve/clear. Kid wouldn't even have to do dishes. PM me for details.
