Folks - I am posting this with permission from Mr. Don Rocks himself. If you like Indian food ... email/pm names of your favorite dishes --- no restuarant names needed, just what you love to eat! I look forward to hearing from you all. thanks in advance (I need these for an article I am working on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.)

Last nights squash stir fried with fennel, cumin, mustard seeds and some homemade Indian flat bread. And a LARGE can of coke. Can you tell I am cooking again LOL

Strong coffee and honey roasted peanuts.

They were all really good. When I was testing them, I served them all at once and was sure the guests would complain of being "over shrimped" LOL. Not one complaint :smile: I hope you will enjoy the recipes.

Okay so after reading Mojito Madness, I hope you wont mind my asking where folks get the best pad thai. I love it! So far I really like the one at Natta Thai (I guess their official address is Vienna) is my favorite one here. I have tried it at other places and have not been very impressed... So please do share (and if they deliver even better )

okay,, I am a bit annoyed. I am recovering from some surgery and on total bedrest... translating to not being able to cook. I am looking for some good home delivery places but can find anything. NOTHING GOOD anyway. I am sure I am missing something..... Help!
