Richmond is one of our borderland cities - it has some entries in the Virginia Dining Guide in the Washington, DC Forum, but it also has a thread in the Intrepid Traveler Forum. This is my responsibility, and it really should be tended to at some point, but putting everything into the DC Forum will be 20-40 hours of time that I just don't have (yet). Your best bet is to read the thread in the Intrepid Traveler Forum, and then to make your ten posts so you have access to the DC Dining Guide (write me if you have any questions about this).
