DonRocks
Terry Theise, who I'm proud to say is one of my best friends, is reading from his book, "What Makes a Wine Worth Drinking? In Praise of the Sublime," on Nov 14, at City Winery, 7-8:30 PM. Wines will be tasted, snacks will be enjoyed, and Terry will be his ever-entertaining, raconteur self. Do not miss this event! Terry has offered to chat with us right before this event if anyone is interested.
JPW
Would love to, but teach on Wendesday nights. Highly encourage all to go. Terry's a great guy.

Being that this event is being held on a weeknight, I will not be able to make it, but am interested in having a chat. As I mentioned in another thread it has been sometime since I have enjoyed a noteworthy wine. So I would be interested in learning where do I start picking up savvy wine knowledge? What vintages are noteworthy? Which producers should I be following? So yes, I am interested in a chat.
