the veggie burgers at Counter Burger are supposed to be quite good. My husband and family love them, and my husband is a really tough critic. (Personally I cannot vouch for them due to food allergies)

Hm, I thought the veggie burger at BGR was bound by molasses and not potato. I also seem to recall one of the frozen aisle brands only has black bean but this definitely is food for thought and research. Thanks for the intrigue, Josh.
Its just tough to find because most places want to do their own 'special' brand, which is great, but it usually involves some sort of potato filler as binder.
Am not a fan of finding out that I started a new topic...
