We're looking for some recs in NOVA for veggie burgers. Thus far, veggie burgers have remained at peace.

Surprisingly, Hard Times has a decent veggie burger. BGR, the one I went to at least was mediocre at best. Its just tough to find because most places want to do their own 'special' brand, which is great, but it usually involves some sort of potato filler as binder. Then the burger becomes uber startchy.

I know I've posted this somewhere before, which means there may be another thread with this topic...but
the veggie burgers at Counter Burger are supposed to be quite good. My husband and family love them, and my husband is a really tough critic. (Personally I cannot vouch for them due to food allergies)

Hm, I thought the veggie burger at BGR was bound by molasses and not potato. I also seem to recall one of the frozen aisle brands only has black bean but this definitely is food for thought and research. Thanks for the intrigue, Josh.
