DonRocks
Send me a resume. Years of experience are less important than having a confident, "can-do" attitude, but you've got to be able to back it up. I'm ready to make the Association of Independent Restaurants the most influential restaurant group in the Washington, DC area, and eventually the United States. You with me, or not? I want to move on this NOW, and I'm getting damned impatient puttering around waiting for people to get things done.

JPW
The acronym "AIR" keeps throwing me off. In my world it means American Institutes for Research. Every time I see the thread title I think to myself "WTF is AIR doing looking for a programmer here."
ol_ironstomach
The acronym "AIR" keeps throwing me off. In my world it means American Institutes for Research. Every time I see the thread title I think to myself "WTF is AIR doing looking for a programmer here." I have a similar reaction, except that it recalls Marc Abrahams' Annals of Improbable Research, the spiritual successor to the original _Journal of Irreproducible Results_ (in rather the same way that DR.com is to eGullet DC). SeanMike
SeanMike, it's just for this. Right-o. I was just curious, because I saw an acquaintance on the left coast saying he was looking for some "in-between" work to fill in between gigs, and was wondering if I should link y'all up or not. ktmoomau
My husband does this sort of thing although I don't know that he takes personal clients anymore, he would probably also know other people that would be good at this. If you still haven't found someone PM me and I will give you his email.
