Buon anno ! To all of you.
In January I will host two dinner from Piemonte ! Bollito misto ( a feast of meats , sauce and vegetables ) all wash down with Barbera . And then I will do the bagna cauda , a warm deep of garlic , anchiovis and olive oil . There will be a large ammount of vegetables raw and cooked to deep in it , plus different dishes . ( see menu )
Those are two classical dinner that back home are done in this cold weather period of the year. Ciao
