I can't imagine this would pass, or be enforceable (for the next twenty years) even if it did, but here's the article.

(Facebook has "paved the way" for people to feel comfortable using their real names online (which is why I don't understand at all why they decided to allow pseudonyms - that's a huge mistake on Facebook's part now that they've already got real names established)).

By the way, when is a company going to come along and offer to make me Vice President in charge of social media? I *am* pretty qualified after 8+ years of this! So where are the offers?!

I understand that the bill is fully supported by Chuck Roast and Bob Loblaw.

Do we really have a Chuck Roast on here?

Chuck Roast was in Suburban Laws, who got airplay with "Gidget Goes to Hell". Which I obtained the 45 rpm of at Tower Records on Sunset when on my first trip to LA.

Re: those bills: that nonsense will get hooted out of the courts.
