DPop
Signs up on the windows this week, but nothing on the Interweb about it. Anyone know anything about it?
cheezepowder
Here's info from Metrocurean In the former Pearl space, Oya owners Errol Lawrence and Nancy Koide plan to open an ambitious new spot called Ray. Plans include an enormous 100-foot-long fish tank filled with stingrays, a patio for 40, two private dining rooms and a lounge area. Look for a menu that will offer local and regional seafood specialties and a section of raw dishes. Sommelier Andrew Stover is compiling an extensive list of East Coast wines.ETA: winter 2008
DPop
Anyone hear anything about this recently? I noticed the signs are no longer up on the windows, but the alcohol license application is still there.
DonRocks
Anyone hear anything about this recently? I noticed the signs are no longer up on the windows, but the alcohol license application is still there. I would also like to know: Has the opening of Sei dismanted Ray, or is it still going to happen at some point? (The address is 901 9th. St. NW, I believe.) --- ETA - I've been informed by a seemingly knowledgeable source that Ray will not be opening.
