  5. A sushi restaurant called the Handover opened in the Eamonn's location, and the PX space is a separate restaurant called King's Ransom (via Alexandria Now).
  6. The Alexandria location is being converted to a cafe called Elizabeth's Counter (see Alexandria Living Magazine). From the article, it doesn't sound like any changes are being made to Captain Gregory's.
