Michael- I am having a 20 person b-day party on Feb 27 (Fri) 2009. I am a major carnivore and love your restaurants. Is there any way we could do this in one of your places? I'm thinking about a 45 minute cocktail time with major alcohol and appetizers, then a private area with major decadent steak with the works and desert and wine. I do not think you all have the needed private room/area, but I wanted to make sure before I make a reservation elsewhere. I had heard rumors that you might be opening up a different "Steaks", maybe with a private room? Also, assuming I cannot do it at Steaks/Classics, where would you recommend?
